Welcome & Congratulations
PA Cyber Graduates (and Families!),
On behalf of the Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School, we extend an early congratulations to you on your upcoming graduation. Graduation is a time to commemorate your achievements, and we look forward to celebrating this milestone with you. We are excited to offer two in-person ceremonies to honor and recognize the accomplishments of the graduating class.
If you have met all of your requirements and obligations as a student of PA Cyber by May 22nd, 2026, we invite you to join us at one of our graduation celebrations.

What time do the graduation ceremonies begin?
Robert Morris Ceremony starts at 12:00pm.
PPL Center Ceremony starts at 2:00pm.

When should I arrive at the graduation ceremony?
We ask that all graduates arrive at the graduation ceremony by the following times:
- Robert Morris: Friday, June 5th please arrive by 9:30am EST.
- PPL Center: Wednesday, June 10th please arrive by 11:30am EST.

Will there be security at the venues?
Yes, there will be security at each venue. Guests will need to go through a metal detector upon entering both venues.
Guests may bring in one small clear bag not exceeding 12" x 12" x 6" in size, a clear one- gallon resealable bag (i.e. Ziploc bag), or a clutch purse not to exceed 4.5” x 6.5” x 2” in size. Backpacks and duffle bags are prohibited. All items are subject to security screening prior to entering the building.
Outside food or beverage may not be brought into either venue. All items must be disposed of before entering the arena.
Prohibited items:- Weapons of any kind including but not limited to firearms, knives, chains and spiked jewelry, pepper spray, or Mace
- E-Cigarettes/Vaporizers
- Cans, bottles (glass or plastic) or coolers
- Outside foods and beverages
- Professional cameras, audio and/or video recording devices, tripods, and drones
- Laser pointers and pens
- Noisemakers, such as airhorns, fireworks, frisbees, balls and other projectiles
- Animals that are not ADA defined service animals
- Selfie sticks and telescopic devices
- Hoverboards, segways, skateboards, drones, model aircraft
- Glow sticks and flash bulb

What do I do once I arrive at the venue?
Upon arriving at the venue, the graduate and their guests will need to check in with a staff member to pick up their tickets. After the graduate is checked in, graduates and guests will have time to take pictures in front of a PA Cyber backdrop, visit with teachers/staff, and enjoy a light snack.
- Robert Morris:On the main level of the venue, concession stands will be open with a limited menu. A photographer will also be available to take photos of graduates and their families and guests. This year, we will also have a photo booth to capture those candid moments and create fun memories before the event!

What time will graduates begin line-up?
We will ask all graduates to report by the following times:
- Robert Morris: Please make your way to the line up room by 11:00am EST.
- PPL: Please make your way to the line up room by 1:00pm EST.
*PA Cyber graduation staff will make an announcement when it is time to line up. Families and guests are able to escort the graduate to the line up room.

How long will the ceremonies last?
Each graduation ceremony is anticipated to last about 60-90 minutes.

How many tickets do I receive for graduation?
All students have the ability to request up to ten (10) graduation tickets. These tickets are free of charge and provided by the school.

Do children need a ticket?
Children under 3 years old do not need a ticket, as long as they can sit on the lap of an adult.

Does the graduate need a ticket to enter the graduation ceremony?
No, the PA Cyber graduate does not need a ticket to enter the ceremony.

When will I receive my graduation tickets?
Graduation tickets will be distributed to families and guests at the venue entrances. Please check in with a staff member to receive your ticket envelope, and ensure all members of your party have their tickets before entering.

Is there any way I can receive additional tickets for graduation?
After all students have requested their initial tickets, the school will assess venue capacity and, if space allows, announce an additional ticket window opening on May 4th.

How do I request extra tickets?
To request additional tickets, graduates/families must complete the designated form, which will be posted on May 4th. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Each family may request up to 10 additional tickets.

How long is the extra ticket window?
The extra ticket window will be from May 4th until May 29th. We will only notify you if your request is not able to be fulfilled.

Will I receive my diploma at the graduation ceremony?
All PA Cyber students who have met the necessary requirements to participate in graduation will receive their diploma in the mail after the graduation ceremonies. All students who participate in the in-person graduation ceremony will receive a PA Cyber designed certificate when they walk across the stage. Graduates will receive their graduation box, including their official diploma and graduation gift, after they have been verified and withdrawn from our system. Graduation boxes should begin to be mailed out the week of June 15th.

Will you have someone taking pictures at the graduation ceremony?
Yes! PA Cyber will have a professional photographer on site during the graduation ceremony. Photos will be taken of graduates with their families and friends in front of the school’s backdrop, as well as individual photos while each graduate walks across the stage and again as they exit the stage with their diploma.
In addition, this year we will have a photo booth available before the ceremony begins so graduates and guests can capture some fun memories and candid moments together. -
Where can I find my graduation pictures
Graduation photos will be available in several ways. Our professional photographer, Kate Greenwalt, will have business cards available at both venues with a direct link to her website. In addition, links to all photos - taken by both our professional photographer and the PA Cyber’s marketing department - will be posted on the graduation website.

If I have family members and friends who are not able to attend the in-person ceremonies, can
they watch me graduate?
Yes! PA Cyber will live stream both graduation ceremonies. The live streams will be available via YouTube and the link will be posted on the graduation site prior to the start of the ceremonies.

When will I receive my cap and gown from Jostens?
Jostens will begin sending out caps and gowns in March. You may receive your tassel earlier than your cap and gown. The cap and gown unit will be shipped out separately, but both will be shipped directly to your home address.

Can I decorate my cap?
Yes! We love to see decorated caps on our graduates.
Please follow the Graduation Cap Decorations and Etiquette below:
Here are some ideas of what is acceptable to include on your cap:- School and district pride
- Favorite quote – from a movie or an inspiration (needs to be school appropriate)
- Favorite lyric – (needs to be school appropriate)
- Messages of thanks (to a parent, grandparent, teacher, guardian, etc.)
- Recognition of the college or university you will be attending
- Your graduation year
- The branch of the military you will be joining
- Graduation Caps will be reviewed by PA Cyber staff prior to the ceremony
- No offensive language, slang, nicknames, pictures, religious affiliations, or offensive lyrics on caps will be permitted.
- If a graduation cap includes any of the above, the graduate will be asked to swap out their cap with a plain cap from the school.

Are students allowed to wear any additional regalia during the ceremony?
To ensure a cohesive and dignified ceremony, students are expected to wear only school- issued or school-approved graduation regalia. Personal items such as flags, stoles, or sashes may not be worn during the ceremony.
