PA Cyber Graduates (and Families!),

On behalf of the Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School, we extend an early congratulations to you on your upcoming graduation. Graduation is a time to commemorate your achievements and we look forward to celebrating this milestone with you. We are excited to offer two in-person ceremonies to honor and recognize the accomplishments of the graduating class.

If you have met all of your requirements and obligations as a student of PA Cyber by May 19th, 2025, we invite you to join us at one of our graduation celebrations.

As we prepare for this year’s graduation, please understand that you (and your family) play a very important role in the process. You will find all the information you need to prepare for your upcoming graduation on this page. The information can also be found in Buzz under PA Cyber Graduation.

We ask that you thoroughly review the information and adhere to all of the specified dates. Thank you for your trust, dedication, and commitment to your education at PA Cyber. We look forward to celebrating your accomplishments and this momentous occasion.

General Graduation Information:

  • What are the locations of the Graduation Ceremonies?

    Robert Morris University
    6001 University Boulevard
    Moon Twp., PA 15108
    (Friday, June 6th, 2025)


    Kutztown University
    15200 Kutztown Road
    Kutztown, PA 19530
    (Wednesday, June 11th, 2025)

  • Robert Morris Ceremony starts at 12:00 PM.
    Kutztown Ceremony starts at 2:00 PM.

  • We ask that all graduates arrive at the graduation ceremony by the following times:

    • Robert Morris: Friday, June 6th please arrive by 9:30am EST.
    • Kutztown: Wednesday, June 11th please arrive by 11:30am EST.
    Anyone accompanying the graduate to the ceremony is welcome to enter the venue and stay until the graduation ceremony begins.

  • The graduates and their guests will need to check in with a staff member to pick up their tickets and then will have time to take pictures in front of a PA Cyber backdrop, visit with some teachers/staff, and enjoy a light snack.

    • Kutztown:In the Student Rec Center (across the street from the main venue) there will be a photographer set up, as well as a reception with food and beverages for everyone.
    • Robert Morris: On the upper level of the venue, all the concession stands will be open with a limited menu.

  • We will ask all graduates to report by the following times:

    • Robert Morris: Please make your way to the line up room by 11:00am EST.
    • Kutztown: Please make your way to the line up room by 1:00pm EST.

    Families are able to escort their graduates to the line up room. Graduates are asked to return to the line up room after the ceremony to pick up their graduation gift and t-shirt.

  • Each graduation ceremony is anticipated to last about 60-90 minutes.


  • Ticket Information:

  • All students have the ability to request up to ten (10) graduation tickets. These tickets are free of charge and provided by the school.

  • Once all students request their initial tickets and based on venue space, PA Cyber will send an announcement to all families regarding an Extra ticket window opening on May 1st.

  • Children under 3 years old do not need a ticket, as long as they can sit on the lap of an adult.

  • No, the PA Cyber graduate does not need a ticket to enter the ceremony.

  • You will receive your graduation tickets at the entrances of the venues. Make sure to check in with a staff member so that you can receive your envelope of tickets. Please be sure your family members and guests have their tickets before entering the venue.

  • Yes, you will be able to ask for extra tickets beginning May 1st by completing a form. We will send out an email as well as post an announcement letting everyone know that the Extra ticket window has opened.

  • In order to request extra tickets, you will need to complete a specific form that we will post on May 1st. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. You will only be allowed to request up to 10 additional tickets.

  • The extra ticket window will be from May 1st until May 30th. We will only notify you if your request is not able to be fulfilled.


  • Graduation Slideshow:

  • The picture must be of you, preferably by yourself, and show your face. Please, no Snapchat filters.

    1. If PA Cyber determines that your picture is inappropriate, we will contact you and ask that you submit a new photo. Only your name and information will be displayed if an alternative picture is not provided.
    2. When submitting your picture, please name the picture your FIRST AND LAST name and Student ID. (Ex: John Doe_JD12345)
    3. Your picture must be submitted in a .jpeg format.
    4. This picture does not need to be of you in your cap and gown.
  • What is your current town or where you grew up?
    Please tell us where you live/lived during your schooling.

    What are your future plans?
    In a few short sentences with proper capitalization and punctation, let us know what you are doing next. Please don’t put “IDK” that is not appropriate to place on a slide for everyone to read. If you are not sure, feel free to leave it blank.

    Who or What is your inspiration?
    This should be the length of a tweet, 200 characters or less.

  • The deadline to submit a picture is Friday, May 9th.


  • Diploma information:

  • All PA Cyber students who have met the necessary requirements to participate in graduation will receive their diploma in the mail after the graduation ceremonies. All students who participate in the in-person graduation ceremony will receive a PA Cyber designed certificate as they walk across the stage. UPDATE FOR THIS YEAR: All students will receive their graduation box including their official diploma and graduation gift after they have been verified and withdrawn from our system. Everything should begin to be mailed the week of June 16th.


  • Graduation Pictures:

  • Yes! PA Cyber will have a photographer available to take pictures of graduates, families, and friends in front of PA Cyber backgrounds. In addition, all students will have their picture taken as they walk across the stage and with their diploma as they exit the stage. More information will be given shortly.


  • Live Streaming Graduation Ceremonies:

  • Yes! PA Cyber will live stream both graduation ceremonies. The live streams will be available via YouTube and the link will be posted on the graduation site prior to the start of the ceremonies.


  • Cap and Gown Questions:

  • Jostens will begin sending out caps and gowns in March. You may receive your tassel earlier than your cap and gown. The cap and gown unit will be shipped out separately, but both will be shipped directly to your house.

  • Yes! We love to see decorated caps on our graduates. Please simply remember to keep the decorations school appropriate. Please follow the Graduation Cap Decorations and Etiquette below:

    It is appropriate to put the following on your cap:

    • School and district pride
    • Favorite quote – from a movie or an inspiration (needs to be school appropriate)
    • Messages of thanks (to a parent, grandparent, teacher, guardian, etc.)
    • Recognition of the college or university you will be attending
    • Your graduation year
    • The branch of the military you will be joining

    Please note: Graduation caps will be reviewed and approved in advance of the ceremony.
    No offensive language, sayings, slang, nicknames, pictures, religious affiliations, or lyrics on cap.
